Maxim Global awards RM4.3mil job to Nu Infinity


PETALING JAYA: Maxim Global Bhd has awarded a renovation work contract worth RM4.3mil to related party Nu Infinity Sdn Bhd to undertake renovation works at the former’s new headquarters at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Maxim Global said the proposed award is integral to enhancing the group’s corporate image and providing a more conducive working environment.

“This is expected to improve staff welfare, elevate overall employee satisfaction, and indirectly support talent retention within the Maxim Group.

“The proposed award is expected to complete within six months of the date of execution of the contract.”

Maxim Global said the proposed award to renovate its nine-storey office tower will be funded using internally generated funds.

Maxim Global is a public-listed firm with principal activity predominantly in property development. Its ongoing projects include Residensi Maxim Risen, Residensi The Atas and Residensi Max II.
