Willowglen bags RM12mil Singapore deal


PETALING JAYA: Willowglen MSC Bhd has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd, has been awarded a contract worth RM12mil by SP PowerAssets Ltd, Singapore, for the maintenance of front-end security equipment.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the research, development, sales, implementation and maintenance of computer-based control systems company said the commencement date of the contract is on April 21, 2026 and will be completed by April 20, 2031.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026 to 2031,” the company said. Willowglen MSC said the contract is not renewable and the risks in respect of the contract are the normal business risks.
