MPay lands RM270,270 PPSB project

PETALING JAYA: Managepay Systems Bhd (MPay) has secured a letter of award from Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB) worth RM270,270 to render the services of design, develop, supply, configure, test, integrate, commission and maintenance of PPSB’s mobile application hosted in a cloud.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the electronic payment solutions provider said it will deliver the PPSB mobile application within four months upon receipt of the superintending officer’s written instruction and provide a comprehensive system support during the subscription period of three years.

“The letter of award will not have any effect on the issued share capital and shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of the company.

“However, it is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets per share of the company for the financial year ending June 30, 2026 and onwards,” it said.
