KUALA LUMPUR: Exsim Hospitality Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, has accepted a RM138mil letter of award from Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd to undertake nominated sub-contract works.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the scope includes mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, interior design and architecture works, as well as other associated building services works.
Exsim said the main contract commenced on Sept 29, 2025 and is scheduled for completion on Feb 28, 2029, with a duration of 41 months, with the sub-contract works to be carried out in accordance with the main contract programme.
The defects liability period is 27 months from the date of practical completion or until all defects are rectified, whichever is later.
The group expects the contract to contribute positively to its net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing throughout the duration of the works.
Exsim focuses on interior design, renovation and fit-out services for hospitality assets, alongside accommodation, property management, leasing and hotel operations.
