S P Setia to launch final Ferrous phase in Alam Impian with RM75.4mil GDV

Ferrous Finale unit prices range from RM986,800 to RM1.55mil.

KUALA LUMPUR: S P Setia Bhd will launch 70 units of its Ferrous Finale double-storey terrace homes in Alam Impian on April 18, 2026, with a cumulative gross development value (GDV) of RM75.43mil.

In a statement, the property developer said Ferrous Finale marks the final phase of the Ferrous series within the township’s Industrial Arts Precinct, comprising freehold double-storey terrace homes.

Intermediate units measure 22 ft by 70 ft with built-ups of 1,952 sq ft, while end and corner units are 24 ft by 70 ft with larger built-ups of 2,161 sq ft. Prices range from RM986,800 to RM1.55mil.

Chief operating officer Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus said Alam Impian reflects the group’s long-term focus on building well-planned, liveable townships anchored by design, community and functionality.

“With all three earlier Ferrous phases fully taken up, this final release underscores the strong and consistent demand for homes that offer character, connectivity and proximity to established amenities.

“Residents benefit from immediate access to the LakePoint Complex including the award‑winning LakePoint Park, the private LakePoint Club and LakePoint Central’s retail offerings reinforcing Alam Impian’s position as a mature and self‑sustaining community,” she said.

Ferrous Finale homes will feature Setia eGreenLiving elements such as smart locks, green switches, solar PV systems and contactless delivery boxes.

Residents will have access to amenities within the township, including LakePoint Complex, as well as nearby schools and healthcare facilities. The development is connected via major highways such as LKSA, KESAS, the Federal Highway and the upcoming West Coast Expressway.

Setia is also offering incentives under its Raya campaign from March 16 to April 30, including RM4,000 for eligible buyers and RM3,000 referral rewards for existing homeowners.
