PETALING JAYA: Uzma Bhd
has received a letter of award from EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia Ltd for the provision of integrated well intervention and project management team for the 2026/2027 EnQuest Well Intervention Programme worth RM60mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Uzma said the scope of works comprises provision, supply and maintenance of necessary tools, equipment, accessories and spare parts for well intervention services.
“The duration of contract is for a period of two years, commencing from Feb 19, 2026 until Feb 18, 2028.”
Uzma said potential risk factors include operational and execution risks associated with the projects, work schedules, delivery timelines and adverse weather conditions. “The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company as they do not involve the issuance of ordinary shares in the company.”
