PETALING JAYA: Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd
’s wholly owned subsidiary, Kitacon Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM99.28mil construction contract from ParkCity Botanika Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya, Selangor..
Kumpulan Kitacon, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, said the contract entailed main building works including ancillary structures.
The job involved the construction and completion of 128 units of three-storey strata terraced houses, 19 units of strata terraced houses with covered parking, as well as ancillary facilities including a guardhouse, electrical substation and amenities space.
The project is scheduled to commence on May 2, 2026 and will be completed within 24 months. It is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of Kumpulan Kitacon for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026 onwards until its expiry, it said.
