Willowglen MSC wins RM6mil job


PETALING JAYA: Willowglen MSC Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd has been awarded a contract valued RM5.67mil by PowerGas Ltd, Singapore for the comprehensive maintenance of gas scada remote terminal units.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the commencement date of the contract is on March 18, 2026 and will be completed by March 17, 2031.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026 to 2031.

“The contract is not renewable and the risks in respect of the contract are the normal business risks.”

Willowglen MSC said none of its directors and/or major shareholders of the company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the new contract awarded.

Willowglen MSC is principally engaged in research, development, sales, implementation and maintenance of computer-based control systems, integrated monitoring systems.
