Kumpulan Kitacon, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, said the contract entails main building works, including ancillary structures.

The job involves the construction and completion of 128 units of three-storey strata terraced houses, 19 units of strata terraced houses with covered parking, as well as ancillary facilities including a guardhouse, electrical substation and amenities space.

The project is scheduled to commence on May 2, 2026 and will be completed within 24 months.
