KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks to watch on Tuesday include Yinson Holdings Bhd, Poh Kong Holdings Bhd, Maybulk Bhd, Eonmetall Group Bhd and Leader Steel Holdings Bhd, Alam Maritim Resources Bhd and Berjaya Property Bhd.

In the fourth quarter ended Jan 31 (4Q26), Yinson’s net profit dropped to RM228mil from RM643 mil a year earlier, while full-year FY26 profit fell to RM683mil from RM1.24bil.

Its revenue in 4Q26 declined to RM1.12bil from RM1.39bil, with FY26 revenue down to RM5.44bil from RM7.60bil.

The board of directors declared a final dividend of one sen per share, with entitlement and payment dates on June 4, 2026, and June 18, 2026, respectively.

Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) is no longer a substantial shareholder of Alam Maritim after selling its entire 19.16% stake.

The disposal included 5.57 million shares (1.25%) by Maybank and 79.81 million shares (17.91%) by its subsidiary, Maybank Islamic Bhd (MIB).

Berjaya Property Bhd has appointed Tunku Tun Aminah Sultan Ibrahim, an experienced corporate leader and current chairperson of multiple Berjaya Group companies, as its new chairperson.

Poh Kong’s net profit rose to RM47.54mil in the second quarter ended Jan 31, 2026, from RM29.6mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue grew to RM528.84mil from RM459.51mil a year earlier.

For the six-month period ended Jan 31, 2026, the jeweller’s net profit increased to RM87.15mil from RM50.94mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue rose to RM968.77mil from RM788.79mil previously.

Maybulk, Eonmetall and Leader Steel are disposing of adjoining industrial land parcels in Kapar, Klang, to WG Malaysia VIII Sdn Bhd for a combined RM687.89mil, as the buyer looks to assemble a larger site for information technology (IT) infrastructure development.
