PETALING JAYA: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary Crest Builder Sdn Bhd has accepted two construction contracts worth a combined value of RM512.85mil.
It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that it had been awarded a contract by Sime Darby Property (Subang) Sdn Bhd for the completion of a main building, mechanical and electrical services and external works for two blocks of service apartments with a car park podium at Subang Jaya, Selangor, for RM246.35mil.
The contract will commence on March 25, 2026, and be completed on Sept 25, 2028.
Separately, it filed an announcement with the stock exchange for a contract secured from Freedom Estates Sdn Bhd for the completion of partially completed main building works for two blocks of condominiums with a car park podium, off Jalan Segambut in KL, for RM266.54mil.
