Kumpulan H&L High-Tech 1Q profit jumps


PETALING JAYA: Kumpulan H&L High-Tech Bhd posted a higher profit of RM835,000 for the first quarter ended Jan 31, 2026, on the back of stronger revenue of RM7.6mil.

For the same quarter last year, revenue was at RM7.06mil with a profit of RM258,000.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the provider of engineering solutions said revenue for the manufacturing segment had improved slightly by 5.6% as well as its plantation segment which saw an increase of 16.9% in revenue.

Additionally, its property investment segment saw the rental income being stable with a marginal increase of 0.4%.

However, revenue for its property development segment decreased to RM23,000 from RM225,000 as units available for sales collection were almost all sold.
