Ann Joo Resources Bhd, via its joint venture with Transyear Sdn Bhd has secured a deal to sell a 60.1-acre industrial land in Gurun, Kedah, for RM117.8m cash.

Knusford Bhd plans to dispose of a 0.304-hectare freehold land in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur for RM7mn in a related-party transaction to Tahap Juara Sdn Bhd, which is linked to the siblings of its major shareholder Lim Kang Hoe.

T7 Global Bhd has secured a two-year contract to provide hydraulic workover services.

PSP Energy Bhd has signed an agreement with Eastern Marine Corp to acquire a bunker vessel for RM5.5mn as part of its business expansion plan.

MCOM Holdings Bhd, through its wholly owned unit MCOM Network Sdn Bhd has secured a US$198,000 digital advertising and traffic generation contract from South Korea’s AddVersion Inc.

Aizo Group Bhd, via its 60%-owned unit Uniqa (M) Sdn Bhd has obtained a one-year remittance services licence from Bank Negara Malaysia, marking the group’s entry into the regulated cross-border payments and digital remittance sector.

Tune Protect Malaysia and Verdant Solar Holdings Bhd launched Malaysia’s first integrated residential solar and insurance solution, providing automatic protection for solar PV systems against damage and loss of electricity savings due to system downtime.

HSS Engineers Bhd has signed a three-year memorandum of understanding with Adani Infra (India) Ltd to explore potential collaboration on infrastructure development projects.

Zetrix AI Bhd and INCEIF University, through its research arm ISRA Institute, have partnered to develop AI agents for Islamic finance using the NurAI framework, aimed at improving access to and analysis of syariah-validated academic literature.

Ayer Holdings Bhd reported FY2025 profit after tax of RM57.1mn (+55% YoY), mainly driven by stronger contributions from its property development segment, which accounted for about 81% of revenue and 80% of PBT.

OGX Group Berhad recorded its 2FY26 profit after tax of RM6.0mn, respectively, primarily driven by its IT infrastructure solutions segment.

Widad Group Bhd is appealing against the High Court’s dismissal of its application to set aside an adjudication decision in favour of subcontractor Menta Construction Sdn Bhd, relating to payment claims linked to the Langkasuka development in Langkawi.

NexG Bhd said six directors, whom executive chairman and chief executive officer Datuk Abu Hanifah Noordin had sought to remove, have resigned en masse effective immediately, adding that Hanifah’s executive powers have been reinstated.

Emits Bhd plans to list on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia to raise funds for working capital and new equipment, supporting its expansion and a potential contract to manufacture 5G base station antennas expected by June.
