PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd has embarked on a strategic partnership with developer Majestic Gen Sdn Bhd, powering the company’s target to achieve 10,000 keys across Malaysia in the next five years.

The collaboration will see Mana Mana Holdings Sdn Bhd, a hospitality brand under Exsim Hospitality, appointed as the hospitality operator for selected developments under Majestic Gen’s landbank nationwide, which will form part of a projected pipeline of over 3,000 keys over four years.

“This collaboration meaningfully strengthens our earnings visibility and reinforces our ability to replicate a proven hospitality operator model across multiple asset classes,” said Tan Hai Liang, managing director of Exsim Hospitality.

“Importantly, it positions Exsim Hospitality to capture long-term value from hospitality operations while remaining capital-efficient and scalable.”

The initiative would be implemented progressively over the next four years based on project suitability and rollout plans.

Participation in the hospitality management programme will remain optional for individual homeowners.

Paramjit Singh, executive director of Exsim Hospitality, told a press conference at the signing ceremony yesterday that the partnership is expected to strengthen the group’s fee income business segment.

“With the 5,000 to 6,000 keys we already have, and an additional 3,000 from Majestic Gen, it will provide earnings visibility for the group in the short to medium term,” he said.

Mana Mana Hospitality is involved in the management of accommodation assets, delivering integrated operating solutions for short-term rentals, lifestyle resorts, and full-service hotels.

The collaboration reinforces Exsim Hospitality’s long-term strategy to establish Mana Mana Hospitality beyond its short-term rentals roots, positioning it as a multi-segment hospitality platform driving recurring income, enhancing asset value, and supporting large-scale portfolio growth.

“This partnership demonstrates the strength and scalability of our model,” said Debbie Leow, managing director of Mana Mana Hospitality, at the ceremony.

“Partnering with a developer with a deep, nationwide pipeline allows us to scale with certainty and consistency,” she pointed out.

“Our focus is to deliver predictable operating performance, optimise asset returns and establish Mana Mana Hospitality as a preferred hospitality operator for large-format developments in Malaysia.”

Majestic Gen has a diversified landbank across the country, delivering sustainable, high-quality, and innovative developments across residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
