TXCD subsidiary secures two contracts worth a combined RM57.09mil


KUALA LUMPUR: TXCD Bhd said its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Ageson Kensetsu SDn Bhd has accepted two contracts from Sg Besi Construction Sdn Bhd valued at a combined RM57.09mil.

It said in a stock exchange filing the first contract was for the construction of a main building, infrastructure and mechanical and electrical (M&E) works valued at RM41.43mil.

A second contract was for the supply of concrete, reinforcements bars, BRC, cement and M&E equipment, valued at RM15.66mil.

Both contracts commence on July 1, 2026, and will be completed on Sept 1, 2028.
