Farm Fresh 3Q profit up 25%, upbeat on regional and ice cream growth

KUALA LUMPUR: Farm Fresh Bhd is optimistic about sustaining its growth momentum through the end of the current financial year ending March 31, 2026 (FY26) and into the next financial year.

The dairy group said it expects to deliver tangible progress in category and regional expansion, alongside improved financial performance.

Farm Fresh said it continues to make steady progress in both category and regional expansion, despite a quarter-on-quarter revenue decline mainly due to lower school milk deliveries during the year-end school holidays.

In the third quarter ended Dec 31, 2025, Farm Fresh posted a 24.7% increase in net profit to RM32.2mil, translating into earnings per share of 1.72 sen, lifting its nine-month profit 30.3% higher to RM101.7mil.

Quarterly revenue rose 15.6% to RM285.1mil, bringing year-to-date revenue to RM840.6mil, up 14% from RM737.4mil previously.

Farm Fresh noted that since commencing exports of its dairy products to Cambodia in end-August 2025, monthly shipments have increased significantly and have now surpassed its exports to Singapore.

“We are now available in major modern trade outlets in Phnom Penh, as well as penetrating into major coffee outlets and into general trade with our UHT products,” it said, adding that its factory is currently being constructed by its partner in Cambodia, and is slated to commence operations in mid-2026.

Farm Fresh said its Enstek plant, slated to commence operations in mid-2026, will have the capacity to produce about one million pieces of ice cream per day, positioning the group to expand its range of ice cream products and sustain growth in its consumer-packaged goods (CPG) ice cream segment since its launch in August 2024.

“On the farm side, our Muadzam Shah farm expansion with the additional 500 acres of land leased from the Pahang State Government has commenced operations.

“Upon full completion of the expansion, our total capacity in Muadzam Shah will double to more than 7,000 dairy cows,” it said.
