It encompasses piling and contiguous bored piling retaining wall works for a 46-storey SOHO development in Johor Bahru, Johor.

“Construction works are scheduled to commence in February 2026 and expected to be completed within nine months from the date of commencement.”

Meanwhile, the second LOA was awarded by Sunway City (JB) Sdn Bhd which covers bored piling works for three blocks of 47-storey serviced apartments in Plentong, Johor.
