In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the building management solution provider said its subsidiary accepted two letters of award to act as the nominated subcontractor for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical system works.

The contracts comprise a RM128,000 job for a proposed development of shop units and a car park at Jalan Bukit Meldrum, and a RM14.68mil contract for a 45-storey serviced apartment development comprising 748 units at the same location.

The contract works are deemed to commence on Jan 19, 2026, with completion scheduled for Jan 31, 2029.

Cabnet said the contracts are expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share over the contract period.
