PETALING JAYA: ES Sunlogy Bhd has bagged a RM22.3mil sub-contract to install and provide electrical and extra-low voltage services for a serviced apartment development in Batu Kawan, Penang.
The works were awarded to ES Sunlogy’s subsidiary, Savelite Engineering Sdn Bhd, by Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd, which is the main contractor for the development employed by Pixel Valley Sdn Bhd.
The sub-contract will commence on March 2, 2026 and is scheduled to be completed by Aug 30, 2029 – assuming no extensions.
Kerjaya Prospek (M) is a unit of Main Market-listed Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd
, while Pixel Valley is a unit of Main Market-listed Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd.
Both listed companies have the same controlling shareholders – Datuk Seri Tee Eng Ho and his family.
