Kerjaya Prospek unit bags RM201.25 construction contract in Sungai Buloh

KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd has accepted a building contract from Greencove Sdn Bhd in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, for RM201.25mil.

Greencove is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd, in which certain directors and major shareholders of the company have direct and indirect interests.

The group said the acceptance of the contract is in the ordinary course of business and is undertaken on an arm’s length basis, based on normal commercial terms which are not more favourable than those generally available to the public.

According to the stock exchange filing, the project comprises two 39-storey buildings, five levels of podium carpark and 1.5 levels of commercial space.

The contract shall commence on April 1, 2026, and be completed within 40 months. It is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue for the group over the next four years.
