PETALING JAYA: HE Group Bhd
has accepted a purchase order (PO) for the power distribution system works for a manufacturer of electronic products in Malaysia.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the power distribution system provider said the aggregate contract value of the PO is approximately RM12.60mil, subject to any variations, additions and / or omissions to be made in accordance with the express terms of the PO.
“The commencement date for the PO on the date of acceptance of the PO, with completion date of Nov 30, 2026.”
The company said there are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the PO during the projects’ duration.
“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the PO is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of HE Group and will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholdings of the group.”
