, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Ni Hsin EV Tech Sdn Bhd (NHEVT) has signed a contract manufacturing agreement with MARS Greentech Sdn Bhd to accelerate the rollout of electric two-wheel mobility solutions in Malaysia and the broader South-East Asian market.
In a joint statement, the parties said the collaboration brings together NEVT’s capabilities as an experienced electric vehicle (EV) original equipment manufacturer (OEM) assembler with MARS Greentech’s platform-driven, asset-light mobility strategy, enabling rapid and scalable market deployment.
“Under the agreement, NEVT will act as the OEM assembler for selected MARS Greentech EV models, supporting local assembly operations, quality control and product standardisation.
