Chin Hin Group Bhd said it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with EC Excel Wire Holdings Sdn Bhd on Jan 2, 2026, to establish a strategic alliance aimed at delivering mutual benefits and operational synergies.

Enra Group Bhd said its unit, Hamptons Homes Sdn Bhd, has entered into two unincorporated joint venture agreements with Entire Role Sdn Bhd to develop double-storey medium-cost terrace houses on 2.2 hectares of land in Kulai, Johor.

Go Hub Capital Bhd has proposed to raise up to RM21.2mn via a private placement of shares representing 10.0% of its enlarged share base to fund four new projects.

Vetece Holdings Bhd said it has secured a RM12.6mn contract from a leading Malaysian utility company to provide human capital management cloud software subscription services.

Omesti Bhd said Teguh Sedaya Sdn Bhd has emerged as its largest shareholder after acquiring an additional 8.5% stake, lifting its total shareholding to 22.6%.

Pekat Group Bhd said its 60.0%-owned unit, EPE Switchgear (M) Sdn Bhd, has secured an order worth RM113.3mn to supply medium-voltage power distribution equipment.

Press Metal Aluminium Holdings Bhd said it has appointed Amnah Apasra Emir Moehamad Izat Emir, 60, as an independent non-executive director with effect from Jan 2, 2026.

Suria Capital Holdings Bhd has appointed Datuk Ahmad Rizal Dahli as its group managing director with effect from Jan 1, 2026.

Theta Edge Bhd saw a 27.3% stake, or 32.2mn shares, change hands via an off-market transaction at 90.0 sen per share, based on Bloomberg data, which corresponds to the shareholding of the company’s largest shareholder, Lembaga Tabung Haji.
