Vetece unit to provide HCM cloud software for RM12.6mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Vetece Holdings Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Vision Technology Consulting Sdn Bhd has entered into an agreement with a leading Malaysian utility company for the provision of an international-based human capital management (HCM) cloud software subscription valued at about RM12.6mil.

It said in a stock exchange filing the contract forms part of the its strategy to strengthen its customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning and HCM application solution capabilities. 

The contract is expected to be delivered over the financial years ending Aug 31, 2026, to Aug 31, 2029, during which time it is expected to contribute positively to the company's earnings.
