Perdana gets PETRONAS Carigali orders


PETALING JAYA: Perdana Petroleum Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Perdana Nautika Sdn Bhd (PNSB), has received two work orders from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd for the provision of anchor handling tugs and supply (AHT) vessel.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Perdana noted that one AHT would be chartered for 130 days with an option to extend for another 60 days while the second charter is for 62 days with an option to extend for 30 days.

The estimated value of the charters was not disclosed and would be determined on the work orders issued by the charterer throughout the duration of the contracts.

PNSB will provide the vessels with crew and equipment to perform a continuous 24 hours service for the purpose of assisting and/or servicing drilling rigs, offshore installations, derrick barges, towing and anchor job.
