KUALA LUMPUR: TRC Synergy Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd (TRC) has secured a RM550.8mil contract related to the Penang Light Rail Transit (LRT) Mutiara Line project.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said TRC accepted the award from SRS Consortium Sdn Bhd for the LRT Pulau Pinang Mutiara Line CMC1 sub-package.

The scope of works covers the construction and completion of viaduct guideways and stations, SBG launching, post-tensioning and grouting works, as well as other associated works.
