PETALING JAYA: Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd (SCSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway Construction Group Bhd
(SunCon), has accepted a letter of award from a US-headquartered multinational technology corporation for the core and shell works of a data centre development in Johor.
The contract is valued at approximately RM570mil, inclusive of sales and service tax, and serves as a notice to commence construction, with completion targeted by the fourth quarter of 2026.
