Aneka Jaringan wins RM31mil substructure job


PETALING JAYA: Aneka Jaringan Holdings Bhd has secured a RM31.16mil contract to undertake the substructure works including temporary works, piling and pile caps construction for a 57-storey serviced apartment.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aneka Jaringan Sdn Bhd has received the letter of award from BYG Architecture Sdn Bhd on behalf of Exsim Waterfront Sdn Bhd.

The commencement of the contract is Dec 18 and shall be completed on Jan 17, 2027. The group said the contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company.

This new job is expected to contribute positively to the group’s consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial years ending Aug 31, 2026 and Aug 31, 2027.

Aneka Jaringan’s total project wins as at Aug 31, 2025 stand at approximately RM281.49mil.

Following the end of the financial year 2025, the group has also secured additional contracts from Alderwood Residence @ Jalan Lombong KL valued at RM8.45mil, Keeperz Suites @ Penang amounting to RM15.22mil and Blossom Square @ Setia Alam worth RM18mil.
