SIlver Ridge unit to supply laptops to MOE for RM42.88mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd (SRHB) via its wholly-owned subsidiary Silver RIdge Sdn Bhd has won a contract for the provision of laptops on a lease-to-own basis for teachers in the schools and educational institutions under the Ministry of Education in Zone-2 Sarawak for RM42.88mil.

It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia the contract is for a period of 64 months from Jan 1, 2026, to April 30, 2031.

The tender contract will not have any material effect on the earnings of the SRHB group for the next financial year ending June 30, 2026.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the board opined that the tender contract will contribute positively to the future earnings to SRHB group.
