KUALA LUMPUR: Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd
(MEB) said its wholly-owned subsidiary Muhibbah O&G Sdn Bhd has entered into a protocol of delivery and acceptance contract with a service company in Southeast Asia for the sale of an offshore supply vessel built by MEB for about US$18mil (RM74mil).
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the contract is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2026.
The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of MEB Group.
