FBG secures RM206.16mil construction job in JB City Square


KUALA LUMPUR: FBG Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary FBG Builder Sdn Bhd has accepted a RM206.16mil contract from Sunray Construction & Interior Sdn Bhd for the main building works for Tower 2 - hotel apartment at Johor Bahru City Square.

In statement, the company, formerly known as Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd, said the contract entails the construction and completion of main building works, mechanical and electrical installations, testing and commissioning, together with all related fittings, fixtures and associated works.

The contract period will commence on Dec 15, 2025, and will be completed on July 14, 2028.

With the latest contract, FBG’s order book now stands at RM1.03bil, which will provide positive earnings visibility until 2028.
