UOA Development posts higher 3Q net profit of RM116mil


KUALA LUMPUR: UOA Development Bhd’s net profit for the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2025 (3Q 2025) climbed to RM115.63 million from RM48.34 million a year ago.

Revenue also surged to RM217.30 million from RM141.37 million previously, mainly due to the group’s ongoing development projects, namely the medical centre in Bangsar South, Bamboo Hills Residences, Aster Hill, and Duo Tower.

"The new property sales for the period ended Sept 30, 2025, were at approximately RM564.6 million, which were mainly derived from Bamboo Hills Residences, Laurel Residence, Duo Tower and Aster Hill.

"The total unbilled sales as at Sept 30, 2025, amounted to approximately RM794.9 million,” it said in a statement today.

Meanwhile, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said that for the cumulative nine months, UOA Development’s net profit rose to RM281.29 million from RM159.10 million previously, while revenue increased to RM499.57 million from RM310.84 million a year ago.

On prospect, the property investment and development group said it is committed to exploring strategic land parcels that align with and amplify the group’s objectives. - Bernama
