Taliworks’ third-quarter profit up 86%

PETALING JAYA: Taliworks Corp Bhd’s profitability is expected to continue to be mainly driven by the water treatment and supply, and toll highway segments, despite these segments seeing a decline for the third quarter of this year (3Q25).

For 3Q25, the group’s net profit rose by 86% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM45mil or earnings per share of 2.23 sen.

This was despite a 30% drop in revenue y-o-y to RM110.8mil for the quarter, due to a significant decline in the toll highway segment and a slight reduction in the water treatment and supply segment.

For the first nine months of this year the group’s net profit increased by 23% y-o-y to RM68.98mil or earnings per share of 3.42 sen.

The group declared a third interim single-tier dividend of 0.5 sen per share, payable on Dec 24.

The ex-date is Dec 4.
