PETALING JAYA: HE Group Bhd
has accepted three letters of award for fixed-price, date certain, turnkey engineering, procurement and construction contracts relating to a proposed solar photovoltaic energy generating facility project in Johor, with an aggregate contract value of RM13.43mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the electric services company said it will commence works upon the execution of the works contracts, with the targeted date of completion of Dec 15, 2025, Dec 15, 2025 and Feb 15, 2026, respectively.
“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the works contracts are expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of He Group for the duration of the works contracts and will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the group.”
He Group said there are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the works contracts during the projects’ duration.
