Swift Haulage to strengthen its market position

PETALING JAYA: Swift Haulage Bhd will continue to focus on strengthening its market position by enhancing operational efficiency and advancing sustainability initiatives.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the integrated logistics services firm said it continues to experience steady demand across its core logistics segments, particularly in warehousing and forwarding services.

For the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2025, the company’s net profit rose to RM7.14mil from RM5.77mil in the previous corresponding period, mainly due to higher gross profit and other income, partially offset by higher operating overheads.

Revenue grew to RM200.97mil from RM183.06mil a year earlier, primarily contributed by container haulage of RM74mil and land transportation of RM69mil, which represent 71.2% of the group’s revenue during the quarter.

For the nine month period ended Sept 30, 2025, Swift Haulage’s net profit dropped to RM21.11mil from RM35.25mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue rose to RM578.88mil from RM535.28mil previously.
