Solarvest Holdings Bhd plans to raise up to RM254.1mn through a 10% private placement to fund solar PV projects, working capital, and loan repayments.

HSS Engineers Bhd’s subsidiary SM01 has signed a new enhanced dispatch agreement connection agreement with TNB to connect its 29.99 MWac solar PV project to the national grid.

Magna Prima Bhd’s independent adviser concluded that the conditional mandatory takeover offer launched by Hallson Holdings Sdn Bhd is “not fair but reasonable” and has recommended that shareholders accept the offer of 73 sen per share.

Yong Tai Bhd said the High Court has set aside an adjudication decision that ordered its subsidiary to pay RM75.5mn to a unit of Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd over an alleged unpaid contract for "The Apple" mixed development project in Melaka.

Vantris Energy Bhd, formerly known as Sapura Energy Bhd, said its joint-venture company, Rawabi Sapura Ltd Co, secured a contract to provide diving support services in Saudi Arabia.

Sin-Kung Logistics Bhd’s air cargo and private jet charter unit, Sin-Kung Airways Sdn Bhd, has joined hands with Pos Malaysia Bhd’s aviation units via a series of service agreements.

Sasbadi Holdings Bhd has formed a joint venture with Agmo Holdings Bhd to develop a large language model tailored for Malaysia’s education ecosystem.

Rapid Synergy Bhd is disposing of two parcels of land in Penang for RM35.0mn to German semiconductor maker ams OSRAM International GmbH to fund working capital and repay borrowings.

Shin Yang Group Bhd is acquiring a parcel of land in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, for RM26.6mn, cash, from its controlling shareholder.

EXSIM Hospitality Bhd’s subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, received a RM17.6mn letter of award from Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd for carpentry works in an apartment project.

ICT Zone Asia Bhd received a RM14.2mn purchase order from Starza Corp Sdn Bhd to lease ICT hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and Microsoft Office, for 36 months to a government agency.

Kretam Holdings Bhd’s chief executive officer and major shareholder Datuk Freddy Lim Nyuk Sang has emerged as a substantial shareholder of construction outfit Azam Jaya Bhd with 6.5% stake.

CIMB Thai Bank PCL posted a 3.2% YoY drop in net profit to THB1.83bn (approximately RM236.5mn) for the 9MFY25, mainly due to higher expected credit losses.

Pantech Group Holdings Bhd’s 2QFY26 fall 29.7% YoY to RM14.6mn due to lower sales amid lower demand.
