KUALA LUMPUR: Chin Hin Group Property Bhd, Propel Global Bhd, Zecon Bhd, NexG Bhd, KNM Group Bhd, CBH Engineering Holding Bhd (CBHB), Malakoff Corp Bhd, Solarvest Holdings Bhd and Pimpinan Ehsan Bhd are among the key stocks to watch on Friday following their latest corporate announcements and developments.

Chin Hin Group Property has inked a RM1.1bil development agreement for a large-scale high-rise residential project in Taman Connaught, Kuala Lumpur.

The project, slated to begin in 2026, is expected to generate RM210mil in pre-tax profit and strengthen the group’s presence in prime urban developments.

Propel Global has secured a RM70mil contract for civil and structural works on a data centre project in Johor Baru, with potential extensions that could raise the total project value to about RM325mil.

Zecon has signed an MoU with Edra Power and Neutrinos Engineering to jointly develop an integrated energy complex in Kuching’s Kota Petra Green Technology Park, comprising a 200MW solar plant and a 500MW combined cycle gas turbine facility.

NexG's unit Datasonic Technologies Sdn Bhd has secured an additional RM12.18mil scope from the Road Transport Department, raising its total contract value to RM33.7mil for the supply of driving licence cards and related consumables.

KNM said its unit, KNM Process Systems, remains non-compliant with PETRONAS licensing requirements due to a qualified audit report, but can still take part in projects as a subcontractor.

CBHB said its wholly owned subsidiary, CBH Engineering Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM20.67mil contract for the design and installation of high-voltage early works for a 275kV substation at a data centre in Johor Darul Ta’zim.

Malakoff has appointed Solarvest’s subsidiary Atlantic Blue Sdn Bhd as the EPCC contractor for its 470MW LSS PETRA 5+ solar project in Perak, marking a key milestone in its renewable energy expansion and Malaysia’s largest solar development to date.

Pimpinan Ehsan said Bursa Malaysia has rejected its request for more time to submit a regularisation plan, prompting a notice to show cause on why its shares should not be suspended or delisted.
