HeiTech Padu’s NIISe contract revised upwards


KUALA LUMPUR: The value of Heitech Padu Bhd’s contract for the National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe) project has been revised to RM1.05bil from RM892.19mil.

HeiTech Padu said in a Bursa Malaysia filing that it had accepted the amendment to the contract yesterday.

“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the company for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025 and onwards until the completion of the contract,” said HeiTech Padu.

The technology services company secured the NIISe contract from the Immigration Department of Malaysia on Oct 18, 2024.

The contract is for studying, proposing, designing, developing, supplying, delivering, installing, testing, integrating, migrating and synchronising data, commissioning and implementing change management and training for the NIISe project.

The contract began on Oct 18, 2024, and will end on Oct 17, 2029. — Bernama
