IHH Healthcare Bhd has obtained approval from India’s stock exchange regulator to proceed with its long-delayed open offer for a 26% stake each in Fortis Healthcare Ltd and Malar Hospitals Ltd.

Maxis Bhd has accepted an offer from the MCMC for a 2×10MHz block of the 2100MHz spectrum, with an upfront payment of RM100mn and cumulative annual payments totalling RM300mn over the assignment period.

Malakoff Corp Bhd, via 70%-owned Malakoff Evergreen Sdn Bhd, has signed a 30-year PPA with Syarikat SESCO Bhd to develop and operate a 100MWac solar PV plant in Bintulu, Sarawak.

NexG Bhd has secured a RM732.7mn six-year contract from the Home Ministry to supply Malaysia’s next-generation identity cards, including MyKad, MyTentera and MyPOCA, from Jun 2026–May 2032.

Sapura Industrial Bhd has signed an MoU with Shanghai Auto Electric Drive Co Ltd to localise manufacturing and assembly of electric drive systems in Malaysia.

MBSB Bhd will provide RM1.3bn in syndicated Islamic financing to support Weststar Aviation Services Sdn Bhd’s helicopter fleet expansion and working capital needs.

G Capital Bhd, via 51%-owned G Capital Water Solutions Sdn Bhd, has been appointed non-revenue water specialist for Phase 1 of the Perlis NRW reduction programme, valued at RM300,000.

Plytec Holding Bhd has withdrawn its Main Market transfer plan, citing financial and timing considerations, and will remain listed on the ACE Market.

Solarvest Holdings Bhd and Press Metal Aluminium Holdings Bhd, via Mukah Solar Powerplant Sdn Bhd, have signed a 30-year RM380mn PPA with Syarikat SESCO Bhd for a 100MWac solar PV plant in Mukah, Sarawak.

KNM Group Bhd has had its PN17 regularisation plan rejected by Bursa Malaysia for failing to demonstrate sustainability. Trading will be suspended on Oct 13 and the stock faces delisting by Nov 5 unless appealed.

YTL Corp Bhd’s Brabazon project in Bristol has been selected under the UK government’s new towns initiative, joining 12 flagship sites. The £2bn development is the UK’s largest privately funded brownfield project.

SC Estate Builder Bhd said Fortune Frontline Sdn Bhd has emerged as its second-largest shareholder with an 18.8% stake after subscribing to 1bn new shares via private placement on Oct 1.

Perak Transit Bhd has partnered Cape EMS Bhd to roll out smart mobility and ESG projects, including Ipoh’s first EV charging hub with BESS and a Smart Bus Stop initiative launching in 4Q25.

CTOS Digital Bhd has appointed Tan Ming Yew, 43, as CFO effective Oct 13, replacing Chiam Hsing Chee, who stepped down after two years for personal reasons.
