Censof wins RM2.78mil contract from Malaysian Rubber Board

PETALING JAYA: Censof Holdings Bhd has been awarded a contract worth RM2.78mil from Malaysian Rubber Board (MRB) for the subscription of its financial management and accounting software system.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the management services provider said the contract was won via its subsidiary, Century Software (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and will span five years and six months from Oct 1, 2025 to March 31, 2031.

The system will provide advanced functionalities in accounting, compliance, reporting and automation, enabling MRB to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory alignment.

Century Software chief executive officer Mohd Faiz Alias said the contract demonstrates the continued demand for solutions in the government sector, and reflects its ability to deliver mission-critical platforms that enable greater accountability, transparency, and digital resilience.

“It also aligns with Censof’s broader strategy of driving AI-enabled, cloud-based solutions across Malaysia’s public institutions.”

The group also said it does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational risks.
