PTT Synergy inks framework agreement with China Shandong International


KUALA LUMPUR: PTT Synergy Group Bhd has entered into a framework agreement with China Shandong International Malaysia Sdn Bhd (CSI) to collaborate on the development of about two million pallet positions of automated warehousing facilities in Malaysia.

The agreement will also appoint CSI as the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning contractor to undertake the complete construction solution for the automated warehouses.

According to PTT Synergy's filing with the stock exchange, the collaboration will enable PTT to leverage CSI's technical and construction expertise in large-scale infrastructure and industrial development

It said the tie-up will also strengthens PTT’s position as a leading warehousing and intralogistics solution provider, supporting the company and its subsidiaries’ strategy to expand into automated and smart logistics hubs in Malaysia.
