SP Setia announces new deputy CEO, COO


SP Setia's incoming deputy CEO, Tan Hwa Min

KUALA LUMPUR: SP Setia Bhd has announced the appointment of Tan Hwa Min as its deputy chief executive officer, while current senior executive vice-president Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus will be moving into a new role as the group's new chief operating officer.

The appointments will take effect from Nov 17, 2025, and oct 1, 2025, respectively.

"The appointments of Tan and Datuk Yuslina underscore Setia’s commitment to shaping a future-ready leadership team. 

"By embracing accomplished professionals who bring fresh perspectives and strategic insight, whilst also nurturing internal talent, we are reinforcing our culture of innovation, resilience, and visionary leadership that will drive Setia’s continued evolution," said SP Setia chairman Tan Sri Syed Anwar Jamalullail in a statement.

Tan is currently the chief strategy officer at IJM Corp Bhd and managing director at IJM RE Sdn Bhd. He was previously the chief operating officer of TRX City Sdn Bhd.

Meanwhile, Yuslina has been with SP Setia since 2018. Her role at Setia includes overseeing six major townships (including Setia Alam, Setia Eco Park, Setia Eco Glades), stakeholder operations, asset management, and S P Setia Foundation.
