Lebtech wins RM46mil residential development job


PETALING JAYA: Lebtech Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Lebar Daun Development Sdn Bhd to be the main contractor for the construction of residential units at Shah Alam, Selangor, worth RM46.36mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction engineering firm said the contract is for the proposed construction of 54 units of houses comprising 20 double-storey semi-detached units, 32 double-storey semi-detached units and two semi-detached units at Fasa 24A & 9B, PT 445, Section 13, Shah Alam.

Lebtech said the related party transaction was secured via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lebtech Construction Sdn Bhd (LCSB)

“The transaction allows LCSB to strengthen its construction order book and leverage its expertise in building works, contributing positively to the revenue and earnings of the group.”
