Willowglen's unit bags RM86.5mil contract from LTA


KUALA LUMPUR: Willowglen MSC Bhd’s wholly-owned unit, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd, has secured a contract worth RM86.5 million from Singapore’s Land Transport Authority (LTA) to replace the expressway traffic and communications system.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the contract is expected to be completed by July 2, 2029.

"The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2025 to 2029,” said the filing.

The company added that the contract is not renewable, and the risks in respect of the contract are the normal business risks. - Bernama
