Alliance Bank maintains growth trajectory in 1QFY26

KUALA LUMPUR: Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd's strong first-quarter results were driven by a significant increase in non-interest income as well as growth in interest income as loans momentum continued to gain pace.

The bank reported a net profit of RM198.7mil in 1QFY26, up from RM176.65mil in the year-ago quarter, driving earnings per share higher to 12.83 sen from 11.41 sen previously.
