Citaglobal wins RM168.88mil road upgrade project from JKR

KUALA LUMPUR: Citaglobal Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Citaglobal Land Sdn Bhd has secured a RM168.88mil contract from the Public Works Department (JKR) for the FT3 Road Upgrade project, following a competitive tender process.

In a statement, Citaglobal said the award boosted the value of its orderbook to RM1.3bil and further solidifies its reputation as one of Malaysia's premier civil engineering and construction companies.

The contract involves upgrading existing roads, including six bridges and five junctions, along with earthworks, geotechnical works, drainage, road pavement, road furniture, traffic management, lighting, and other related works.

The contract will be completed within 42 months from the date of site possession.

"We are proud to have been selected by JKR, through a competitive tender process, as the contractor for the FT3 Road Upgrade project.
