Lee Kok Khee made Atlan group CEO


PETALING JAYA: Atlan Holdings Bhd has appointed Datuk Lee Kok Khee as its group chief executive officer or CEO with immediate effect.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the automotive components manufacturing firm said Lee, 57, has been with Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd (KIBB) for 22 years, adding that his last position was as the executive director, head of group equity business.

“Lee has extensive experience in equity broking, equity derivatives, investment banking, corporate finance, financial technology and digital businesses.

“Under his leadership while heading KIBB’s group equity business division, KIBB’s equity business had clinched various awards domestically and internationally, while its equity derivatives business was the top structured warrants issuer in Malaysia.”
