HCK Capital’s unit proposes RM38.6mil purchase of Setia City BizPark land


PETALING JAYA: HCK Capital Group Bhd's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Reside Capital Sdn Bhd has proposed to buy two plots of land from Bandar Setia Alam Sdn Bhd for RM38.6mil cash.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, HCK noted that the parcels of freehold land are located at Setia City BizPark and total 2.43 acres.

The proposed acquisition is expected to be completed by the first half of 2026.
