PETALING JAYA: Bursa Malaysia has warned that the trading of Pestec International Bhd shares will be suspended if the company fails to submit its annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
In a filing yesterday, Bursa Malaysia said that if the construction engineering firm fails to submit the outstanding annual report on or before Aug 7, 2025, trading in the company’s securities will be suspended from Aug 8, 2025.
