Prolintas Infra Business Trust appoints Mohamad Idros Mosin as CEO


PETALING JAYA: Prolintas Infra Business Trust has appointed Mohamad Idros Mosin as its chief executive officer (CEO) with immediate effect.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company, which is the first listed business trust in the country, said Mohamad Idros (53), has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia.

Prior to his appointment, Mohamad Idros served as executive director with Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd from August 2024 to June 2025.

He joined Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) in July 1995 and held various positions including assistant vice president for the corporate finance department, until December 2010.

From January 2011 to November 2017, he held various positions including vice president, office of president and group chief executive at PNB.

Additionally, the company said it had deliberated and resolved to abolish the its interim executive management team following the appointment of Mohamad Idros as CEO.
